at the beginning

This is my first blog post. I want to use this part of my website to share stories, poetry, songs, and other things that I deem shareable. I’m still figuring out what Cora Universe is going to be, I have a plan to create a place to store my thoughts and art, while also promoting my yoga teaching skills of course!

And so we are here at the beginning, and I couldn’t be more excited. I love collections and archives of all types. I have journals and boxes full of things I want to save. Photos, tickets, receipts, notes, all of it. So, of course, as soon as I had the idea to make a website archive, I was all over it. Cora Universe is likely going to turn into a colorful storage unit for my current and past interests. I want to remember that I was really into the Smashing Pumpkins in March of this year. I want to look back on poetry I wrote while going through a hard time. I want to remind myself of the collages and zines I make. Wouldn’t you want a place for your young adult creations? Maybe not, but this is my universe.

I hope viewers of this site find enjoyment in looking through my archive. I know I would love to get to know someone through their ramblings and their artwork. So please do make yourself at home.
